All perishable goods are shipped in temperature-controlled, insulated packaging with industrial-grade cooling packs to ensure they arrive at your door in perfect condition.
Where are your products sourced from?
We work directly with local farmers and traditional producers across Greece, from the olive groves of Kalamata to the mountains of Crete, to bring you authentic PDO-certified products.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, with free delivery available on orders over $75 within the continental United States.
Do you offer international shipping outside of the US?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada to ensure our food products maintain their quality and freshness during transit.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
